Introduction:
Macaroni is a type of pasta which you can use as a snack or food . Macaroni is rich in carbohydrates. Ingredients:
For the Fajita style:
- Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
- Onion powder 1 teaspoon
- Garlic and ginger paste 2 tablespoon
- Cumin seed 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper 2 teaspoon
- Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika powder 1 tablespoon
For the pasta:-
- Water 1 litre
- Milk powder 1/2 cup
- Cooking oil 2 tablespoon
For the Fajita Filling:-
- Chicken boneless small cubes 500gm
- Yellow capsicum cubes 2 medium
- Red capsicum cubes 1 medium
- Onion chops 1 medium size
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
For macaroni/pasta:-
- Elbow macaroni/pasta 250gm
- Mayonize 100gm
- Fresh coriander chop
Instructions
Step NO 01:
Prepare the Fajita masalas: First of all take a large bowl and add red chilli, onion powder, ginger and garlic paste, sugar, and paprika powder combine all ingredients of fajita style or seasoning.
Step NO 02:
Marinate the Chicken: Take another bowl and wash the chicken properly then marinate the chicken small cubes in fajita seasoning e.g ginger and garlic paste, sugar, and paprika powder combine all ingredients of fajita style, and add lemon juice 1 tablespoon and 2 tablespoons of canna olive cooking oil for at least 1 hour.
Step NO 03:
Cook all vegetables and chicken: Take a large fry pan and add some cooking oil into the frypan on medium flame that oil is heated then add the marinated chicken and cook until and unless they turn a light golden colour after that add all vegetables e.g chopped onion, red and yellow capsicums and cook these vegetables until and unless they are softened.
Step NO 04:
Prepare the Macaroni: Take a large pot and add 1 litre of water to boil the macaroni firstly you have to boil the water then add the elbow macaroni or pasta and add 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. When the macaroni boil then add cool water wash them and remove the water from the macaroni.
Step NO 05:
Mix the Macaroni/pasta and Fajita Filling: In a large bowl combine all vegetables e.g. chopped onion, red and yellow capsicums and add cooked marinated chicken and mix it well.
Step NO 06:
Ready Creamy Sauce: In a saucepan add milk powder,1 cup water and cream. Stir continuously until and unless the sauce is thick.
Step NO 07:
Serving Time:
Add the creamy sauce over the macaroni and mix it well then add chilli ketchup over the macaroni for garnishing and also add fresh chopped coriander. The macaroni is coated in a creamy sauce then you can also add mayonnaise over the macaroni and serve hot.
Tips:
- If you want to like spicy macaroni or pasta you can add more chilli powder or fajita masala.
- You can make any type of pasta or macaroni but the best pasta is elbow macaroni.
- If you have not available milk powder at that time you can use the regular milk which you have available.
- If you cook vegetarian pasta you can replace the chicken with vegetables.
