- 2 medium-sized onions (finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 Egg, for binding
- 2 tablespoons cornflour, for binding
- 1 cup breadcrumbs, for a crispy coating

- 1 kilogram tomatoes(fresh and red)
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 250 gram sugar:(Brown sugar or white sugar)
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 6-8 cloves,
- 3 teaspoons salt
Instructions:
Step NO 01:

Preparing the potatoes. take half a kilogram of potatoes, firstly you have to wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into cubes. take a pan almost full of water and bring to a boil, add some amount of salt to the boiled water and then add potato cubes and boil them until tender. when the potatoes are boiled drain the water and mash the potatoes thoroughly. Allow them to cool.
Step NO 02:

Preparing the Mixture. Take a large bowl and add mashed potatoes with two taespoons of red chili powder, two teaspoons of amchoor powder, one teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds, six two green chilies (finely chopped), one-fourth cup of coriander (finely chopped), half a cup of peas (boiled), two medium-sized onions (finely chopped), two teaspoons of lemon juice , salt according to taste, two egg with yolk, and two tablespoons of cornflour. everything mix well. If the mixture is too soft add some amount of cornflour.
Step NO 03:

Making the kabab. Take some amount of potato mixture and shape it to your desired shape as you like round, rectangle or oval patties. repeat the same process to remaining part of the potato mixture. And coat the potatoes kabab with breadcrumbs for crispiness.
Take a pan pour the oil and place the pan on the stove on medium flame to heat the oil. carefully place the kababs in the pre-heated oil. Fry the kabab in a golden brown color on both sides. when all kababs fry to your desired color then remove the kababs from the pan and place them on tissue paper to drain excess oil. your delicious homemade potatoes kababs are ready to serve.
Step NO 04:

Making tomato ketchup. Take one kilogram of tomatoes (fresh and red) washed the tomatoes carefully, after washing the tomatoes roughly chop them. Take a pan add the tomatoes three tablespoons of vinegar, 250 grams of sugar (Brown sugar or white sugar), two teaspoons of onion powder, two teaspoons of garlic powder, six to eight cloves, and three teaspoons of salt (or about your desires). Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer until the mixture has thickened and reduced significantly it can take half an hour.
When your tomato mixture cools transfer it to a regular blender until smooth consistency. Return the tomato mixture to the same pan and cook for five to ten more minutes to further thicken and intensify the flavors. Allow the ketchup to cool completely and then transfer it to an airtight container and Store it in the refrigerator.
Step NO 05:
